Kenya Orthodox tea

Jambo Itumbe Orthodox Green Tea

Grown in the high-altitude Kisii highlands of Western Kenya, the green tea is produced by the Itumbe Tea Factory, an ultra-modern tea manufacturing facility owned by the local rural farmers’ cooperative. The tea has been manufactured using the traditional orthodox methods where instead of cutting, tearing and crushing the tea leaves to small granules and dust (CTC method), the tea leaves have instead been rolled and dried, preserving the whole leaf. The tea opens up to the whole leaf when infused in hot water, yielding your beautiful colours, flavours and aroma.

Jambo Itumbe Orthodox Green tea has been carefully selected, preserved and packaged to high standards giving you a Kenya tea you will love and enjoy.
